With Kajabi, users can create digital products such as online courses, membership sites and training portal sites efficiently and effectively. So as to build aesthetic and engaging product content, users can create customizable themes, stream videos, add file downloads and upload images and audio. Users may also have all of their products together onto one site using one login, a custom URL and an integrated site to help acquire subscribers.

Other than digital content creation, Kajabi encourages sales, marketing and customer engagement. Since Kajabi united with Stripe, users can receive straightforward electronic payments. To simplify marketing strategies, Kajabi allows users to design custom forms and landing pages with not trouble. Users can also send email broadcasts and then track their performance with Kajabi’s email analytics. Kajabi embraces a lot of built-in integrations with programs such as MailChimp, Google Analytics and Infusionsoft  enabling users to organize their online products and share their digital content seamlessly.

7 Reasons Why Kajabi Kajabi Analytics

Reducing this down to a list of seven was quite difficult, but here it is… Kajabi Analytics

1. It’s created to sell.

Kajabi has excellent tools for creating sales funnels and landing pages, and turning website visitors into clients. You may also handle all of your e-mail marketing within Kajabi – such as automated follow-up sequences – therefore, theres no need for a third party platform (though it does integrate easily with Aweber, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign). Overall, Kajabi is head and shoulders above most other online course platforms in the native marketing and selling capabilities it offers.

2. It looks fantastic from the beginning.

Kajabi gives several alternatives on a core site theme that looks professional and modern and it also offers very appealing, functional templates for creating your sales pipeline pages and landing pages. There is also a market for custom, premium themes if you don’t want to go with what Kajabi offers.

When it comes to actually creating your website, Kajabi has pre-designed themes which you can install with a single click. The themes determine the overall appearance and style of your site and help you quickly and easily build a well made website.

Kajabi is actually taking a different approach with their website themes now. They’ve archived 10 out of the 11 themes and are currently focusing only on the Premier Theme.

They’ve advanced the Premier Theme into a super flexible framework and they use it to create all the new site themes. These themes are now called Layout Presets and now there are 6 unique Presets available in their library, all of which can be created on the”Premier Framework”.

All of the Layout Presets have a simple and modern design and they do look attractive. As soon as you install a Preset, you can further modify it using the webpage builder to provide your site the feel and look you want.

You may still use any of the 10 themes that have now been relocated to the Legacy Themes archive if you would like. Although, since Kajabi will not be working to improve them anymore, I will recommend that you use just the Premier Theme for your website.

Finally, Kajabi also provides you the option to import and utilize custom themes. So, if you are a power user, you can hire a developer to construct a completely custom theme for your site.

3. It’s decent blogging capabilities.

While not yet at par with WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi presents are materially better than those of most online course platforms. (And, remember, a strong blog is just one of your greatest assets for attracting visitors to your website and products.)

4. It has powerful video streaming capabilities.

Kajabi utilizes Wistia – among the all-around best video hosting programs – fully integrated for streaming and uploading your videos. Because of this you can be assured that your videos will deliver as well as possible for whatever screen or bandwidth any individual learner is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.

On top of that, this does not require a different Wistia license – it is just included in. Keep in mind the Wistia pricing begins at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most course sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid annually), this is a fairly big bargain. Kajabi Analytics

5. It will jumpstart your product creation.

Kajabi offers great templates for mini courses, online classes, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can alter these by inputting your own content and eliminating anything you don’t need, and you’ll be off and running in no time. Kajabi Analytics

6. It makes live events really easy to create and promote.

This somewhat goes hand in hand with product development, but Kajabi is so powerful in this region, it deserves to be mentioned separately.

You can easily set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – build a pipeline out around it which includes your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi offers templates for all of this, so all you have to do is customize the text and put in your Zoom link. (You do have to have your own Zoom accounts.)

You can use this exact same approach to set up online conferences or summits or perhaps place-based events. (These kinds of events use Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I’m assuming newer versions of these will be available at some point, but they work just fine right now.)

7. It’s supported by an extensive network

Kajabi has existed for quite a while. Because of this, there are a number of companies out there that have designed custom themes for it (as mentioned above) and that provide a range of services to support it. There are also lots of blog posts and articles out there covering just about anything you want to do with Kajabi. If you can not find what you would like through the business’ own support and training – which are quite good – you will almost certainly be able to find it out on the internet.

So, there’s really quite a lot to love about Kajabi.

Generally speaking, Kajabi will offer you a lot more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you are able to offer your classes but also manage the whole Web presence for your business. In other words, you don’t need to set up a separate site on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can be your home base.

Pricing Kajabi Analytics

In the past, I have seen online course platforms that offer free programs, and some low-priced ones around $20. However, it feels like you usually get the best features about the $50 to $100 pricing.

When you look at Kajabi, it is undeniably going to seem like the pricing is a little off the charts. The cheapest of the plans is $103 a month, and that’s when you pay yearly. It’s not exactly what online course startups like to hear, but it is clear who Kajabi caters to.

The basic plan, as mentioned, sells for $103 per month. With that, you get support for five products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Accordinly, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for in-depth courses.

The business is trying to get you to make quality products, then market the hell out of them with the extreme advertising tools.

Let us take a look at the full range of pricing: Kajabi Analytics

Basic $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.

Pro $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and also the option to remove the Kajabi branding.

Premium $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails each month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also receive an affiliate program and also the option to remove the Kajabi branding.

An Enterprise plan is also offered, but you have to contact the Kajabi company so as to get more info on that. I’d presume Kajabi is inclined to support any enterprise size, so you can customize your plan.

It’s also worth stating that all Kajabi plans come with 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars

Free Trial

Kajabi doesn’t provide a free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you can try out the software. Generally, Kajabi extends a 14-day free trial but you can get a 28-day free trial as part of the Kajabi Hero Challenge.

Kajabi-Hero-Challenge

This challenge is an established strategy for putting yourself on the perfect path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.

When you accept this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi is going to help you through all you will need to do to build your first digital product and make your first sale. .All within 28 days!

Customer Support

Live chat and email support are provided 24/7. So, when you encounter a situation with your course site, you can contact one of the live chat representatives, regardless of what time it is. I asked a question and they came back to me in 20 minutes. Needless to say, it doesn’t always happen so quickly and they do not have a guarantee to reply you within 20 minutes. But for me, this shows a fantastic support.

If you buy a yearly plan, they will give you two 1-on-1 lessons that last an hour. During those lessons, they will take you hand by hand and reveal how you can start using Kajabi.

As for the internet resources, Kajabi doesn’t disappoint.

Event and webinar options are provided for the Premium plan customers, but everyone is able to access the Kajabi blog and the help center.

The blog covers everything from content promotion to improve your writing skills, and the help center has articles and videos for grasping the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online shop, and the managing of accounts.

Kajabi also includes a rich collection of videos and articles, so the help center is excellent for individuals who want to complete their own research.

Pros

The best part of Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It is all there in 1 system. PERFECT.

And you know what, Kajabi does a reasonably good job at the bulk of those functions, and they are constantly developing and adding more features.

But what nearly always astounds me is the live customer support. They offer 24/7 live chat, and the longest I have ever had to wait (and I have chatted at all times of day and night!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other time (and there have been a number!) I am almost immediately connected to someone. And these people are awesome. They will get you the answer, assist  you troubleshoot your problem, and even tinker around with some codings or options on the webpage to make it work if you are trying something a bit more custom and can not quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support team is top-notch!

Cons

The price, this software is definitely on the pricey side and higher than their competitors.

Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi Analytics

First of all, I answer the question that some folks were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi is not a scam. Kajabi Analytics

If you do not classify yourself as a”techy” person, and you know, without a doubt, that you don’t need to learn how to do any kind of custom coding, Kajabi should be on top of your list for consideration.

I love that it not only focuses on course creation but also on marketing and sales.

Because lots of folks end up trying to decide between Rainmaker or Kajabi, in a sentence, I’ll sum up the recommendation like this: Kajabi is far better at developing a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.

So get out there and begin creating courses!
