7 Reasons Why Kajabi Kajabi And WordPress

Reducing this down to a list of seven was quite difficult, but here it goes… Kajabi And WordPress

1. It is created to sell.

Kajabi has very good tools for creating sales funnels and landing pages, and converting site visitors into clients. You may also handle all of your email marketing within Kajabi – such as automated follow-up sequences – so, there’s no need for a third party platform (although it does integrate quite easily with Aweber, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign). In general, Kajabi is ahead of most other online course platforms in the native advertising and selling capabilities it gives.

2. It looks phenomenal from the beginning.

Kajabi provides a number of alternatives on a core site theme that looks professional and modern and it also gives very easy on the eyes, functional templates for making your sales pipeline pages and landing pages. There is also a market for custom, premium themes if you do not wish to go with what Kajabi offers.

When it comes to really designing your site, Kajabi has pre-designed themes that you can install with a single click. The themes set the overall appearance and style of your site and help you easily and quickly design a good looking website.

Kajabi is actually taking a different approach with their website themes now. They’ve archived 10 out of the 11 themes and are now focusing just on the Premier Theme.

They have advanced the Premier Theme to a super flexible framework and they use it to build all the new site themes. These themes are now called Layout Presets and currently there are 6 unique Presets ready for use in their library, all of which can be created on the”Premier Framework”.

All of the Layout Presets have a clean and modern design and they do look attractive. Once you set up a Preset, you can further modify it using the webpage builder to provide your website the feel and look you like.

You can still use any of the 10 themes that have now been transferred to the Legacy Themes archive if you would like. However, as Kajabi won’t be working to refine them any longer, I will advise that you use only the Premier Theme for your site.

Lastly, Kajabi also extends you the freedom to import and use custom themes. So, if you are a power user, you can hire a programmer to build a completely custom theme for your site.

3. It’s competent blogging capabilities.

While not yet at par with WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi supplies are really better than those of a great number of online course platforms. (And, remember, a strong blog is just one of your best assets for bringing traffic to your website and products.)

4. It’s strong video streaming capabilities.

Kajabi utilizes Wistia – one of the all-around best video hosting platforms – fully integrated for uploading and streaming your videos. As a result of this you can have faith that your videos will deliver as well as possible for whatever bandwidth or screen any individual learner is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.

Best of all, this doesn’t require a separate Wistia license – it is just baked in. Keep in mind that Wistia pricing begins at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most class sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid annually), this is a fairly major bargain. Kajabi And WordPress

5. It will jumpstart your product creation.

Kajabi provides great templates for mini courses, online classes, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can change these by adding your own content and removing anything you don’t like, and you’ll be off and running in no time. Kajabi And WordPress

6. It makes live events really easy to create and promote.

This somewhat goes hand-in-hand with product development, but Kajabi is so powerful in this area, it deserves to be mentioned individually.

It is simple to set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – create out a pipeline around it that has your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi offers templates for all of this, so all you’ve got to do is alter the text and drop in your Zoom link. (You do need to have your own Zoom account.)

You can use this same approach to prepare virtual conferences or summits or perhaps place-based events. (These types of events utilize Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I am assuming later versions of these will be available at some point, but they work just fine at this time.)

7. It is supported by an extensive network

Kajabi has been around for quite a while. Due to this, there are a majority of companies out there that have created custom themes for it (as mentioned previously) and that offer a range of services to support it. There are also lots of blog posts and articles out there covering just about anything you want to do with Kajabi. If you can not find what you would like through the business’ own support and training – which are quite good – you will most likely be able to find it out on the internet.

So, there is really quite a lot to like about Kajabi.

In general, Kajabi will provide you much more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you can offer your classes but also manage the whole Web presence for your small business. In other words, you don’t need to set up a separate site on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can become your home base.

Pricing Kajabi And WordPress

In past years, I’ve seen online course platforms that offer free programs, and some low-priced ones about $20. However, it feels like you usually get the best features around the $50 to $100 pricing.

When you look at Kajabi, it’s surely going to look like the pricing is quite off the charts. The cheapest of the plans is $103 a month, and that is when you pay annually. It is not exactly what online course startups like to hear, but it’s obvious who Kajabi caters to.

The basic plan, as mentioned, sells for $103 per month. With that, you receive support for five products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Accordinly, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for comprehensive courses.

The business is attempting to get you to make quality products, then promote the hell out of them with the intense marketing tools.

Let’s take a look at the full range of pricing: Kajabi And WordPress

Basic $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.

Pro $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.

Premium $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails each month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and also the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.

An Enterprise plan is also offered, but you have to contact the Kajabi company so as to acquire more info on that. I would presume Kajabi is inclined to support any enterprise size, so that you can customize your plan.

It’s also worth mentioning that all Kajabi plans include 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars

Free Trial

Kajabi doesn’t offer a free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you can try the software. Usually, Kajabi offers a 14-day free trial but you can get a 28-day free trial as part of the Kajabi Hero Challenge.

Kajabi-Hero-Challenge

This challenge is a proven strategy for getting yourself on the right path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.

When you accept this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi will walk you through all you will need to do to create your first digital product and make your first sale. .All within 28 days!

Customer Support

Live chat and email support are provided 24/7. So, when you run into a situation with your course website, you can contact one of the live chat reps, no matter what time it is. I asked a question and they came back to me in 20 mins. Needless to say, it does not always happen so quickly and they don’t have a guarantee to reply you within 20 minutes. But for me, this reveals a fantastic support.

If you get a yearly plan, they will provide you two 1-on-1 classes that last an hour. During those lessons, they’ll take you hand by hand and reveal how you can begin using Kajabi.

In terms of the online resources, Kajabi does not disappoint.

Event and webinar options are provided for the Premium plan customers, but everyone can access the Kajabi blog and the help center.

The blog covers everything from content marketing to improve your writing skills, and the help center has articles and videos for understanding the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online shop, and the handling of accounts.

Kajabi also includes a rich collection of articles and videos, so the help center is excellent for individuals who like to finish their own research.

Pros

The best part about Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It’s all there in one system. VERY NICE.

And you know what, Kajabi does a fairly good job at all of these functions, and they’re constantly progressing and adding more features.

But what almost always astounds me is the live customer support. They offer 24/7 live chat, and the longest I have ever had to wait (and I’ve chatted at all times of night and day!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other occasion (and there have been a number!) I am almost directly connected to someone. And these people are awesome. They will get you the answer, assist  you troubleshoot your issue, and even tinker around with a few options or codings on the webpage to make it work if you are trying something a little more different and can’t quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support staff is the best!

Cons

The price, this software is definitely on the pricey side and higher than their competitors.

Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi And WordPress

First of all, I answer the question that some folks were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi is not a scam. Kajabi And WordPress

If you don’t classify yourself as a”techy” person, and you know, without a doubt, that you don’t want to learn how to do any kind of custom coding, Kajabi should be at the top of your list for consideration.

I like that it not only focuses on course creation but also on sales and marketing.

Because many folks end up trying to choose between Kajabi or Rainmaker, in a sentence, I’ll sum the recommendation up like this: Kajabi is much better at developing a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.
