7 Reasons Why You Need Kajabi Kajabi Classic

Reducing this down to a list of 7 was fairly hard, but here goes… Kajabi Classic

1. It is created to sell.

Kajabi has very good tools for creating landing pages and sales funnels, and turning site visitors into customers. You may also manage all of your e-mail marketing within Kajabi – including automated follow-up sequences – so, there’s no need for a third party platform (though it does integrate quite easily with Mailchimp, Aweber and Active Campaign). In general, Kajabi is the best most other online course software in the native advertising and selling capabilities it offers.

2. It looks great from the beginning.

Kajabi provides a number of variations on a core website theme that looks modern and professional and additionally, it provides very easy on the eyes, functional templates for creating your landing pages and sales pipeline pages. There is also a market for custom, premium themes if you do not want to go with what Kajabi offers.

When it is about really building your site, Kajabi has pre-designed themes that you can install with one click. The themes dictate the overall look and style of your website and help you easily and quickly design a nice website.

Kajabi is really taking a different approach with their website themes now. They’ve archived 10 out of the 11 themes and are now focusing only on the Premier Theme.

They’ve developed the Premier Theme to a super flexible framework and they use it to build all the new website themes. These themes are now known as Layout Presets and currently there are 6 unique Presets available in their library, all of which are created on the”Premier Framework”.

All the Layout Presets have a simple and modern design and they do look good. As soon as you set up a Preset, you can further modify it using the page builder to give your website the feel and look you desire.

You can still use any of the 10 themes that have recently been transferred to the Legacy Themes archive if you want. However, as Kajabi won’t be working to update them any longer, I will recommend that you use only the Premier Theme for your website.

Finally, Kajabi also extends you the freedom to import and use custom themes. So, if you’re a power user, you can hire a developer to build a completely custom theme for your site.

3. It’s sufficient blogging capabilities.

While not at the level of WordPress, the blogging capability Kajabi provides are really better than those of a great number of online course platforms. (And, remember, a strong blog is just one of your greatest assets for attracting traffic to your site and products.)

4. It has strong video streaming capabilities.

Kajabi has Wistia – one of the all-around best video hosting programs – completely integrated for streaming and uploading your videos. Because of this you can have faith that your videos will work as great as possible for whatever bandwidth or screen any individual student is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.

On top of that, this doesn’t require a different Wistia license – it’s just included in. Keep in mind that Wistia pricing begins at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most class sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid yearly), this is a fairly major bargain. Kajabi Classic

5. It will jumpstart your product creation.

Kajabi provides excellent templates for mini courses, online classes, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can modify these by inputting your own content and removing anything you don’t need, and you’ll be off and running in no time. Kajabi Classic

6. It makes live events really easy to create and promote.

This in a way goes hand in hand with product development, but Kajabi is so powerful in this region, it deserves to be mentioned separately.

You can easily set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – create out a pipeline around it which incorporates your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi supplies templates for all of this, so all you have to do is change the text and put in your Zoom link. (You do have to have your own Zoom account.)

You can use this same approach to prepare virtual summits or conferences or perhaps place-based events. (These types of events utilize Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I am assuming later versions of these will be available at some point, but they work just fine right now.)

7. It is supported by an extensive network

Kajabi has on the market for quite a while. Due to this, there are tons of companies out there that have created custom themes for it (as mentioned previously) and that provide a range of services to support it. Additionally, there are a number of blog posts and articles out there addressing just about anything you need to do with Kajabi. If you can not find what you want through the business’ own support and training – that are quite good – you will most likely be able to find it out on the web.

So, there’s really quite a lot to like about Kajabi.

Generally speaking, Kajabi will provide you a lot more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you are able to offer your classes but also manage the entire Web presence for your small business. In other words, you do not need to set up a separate site on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can be your home base.

Pricing Kajabi Classic

In the past, I’ve seen online course platforms that offer free plans, and some cheap ones around $20. However, it seems like you usually get the best features around the $50 to $100 pricing.

When you take a look at Kajabi, it’s surely going to seem like the pricing is a little off the charts. The most affordable of the plans is $103 per month, and that is when you pay yearly. It’s not exactly what online course startups like to hear, but it is crystal clear who Kajabi caters to.

The least expensive plan, as mentioned, sells for $103 per month. With that, you acquire support for 5 products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Therefore, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for in-depth courses.

The business is attempting to get you to make quality products, then promote the heck out of them with the extreme advertising tools.

Let’s take a look at the complete range of pricing: Kajabi Classic

Basic $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.

Pro $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and the option to remove the Kajabi branding.

Premium $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails per month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also secure an affiliate program and also the option to remove the Kajabi branding.

An Enterprise plan is also sold, but you need to speak to the Kajabi company so as to acquire more info on that. I’d assume Kajabi is glad to support any enterprise size, so that you can customize your plan.

It is also worth mentioning that all Kajabi plans come with 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars

Free Trial

Kajabi does not offer a totally free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you can try the software. Generally, Kajabi extends a 14-day free trial but you can receive a 28-day free trial as part of the Kajabi Hero Challenge.

Kajabi-Hero-Challenge

This challenge is a proven strategy for getting yourself on the right path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.

When you take this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi will walk you through all you need to do to create your first digital product and get your first sale. .All within 28 days!

Customer Support

The live chat and email support are provided 24/7. So, when you stumble upon a situation with your course site, you can contact one of the live chat representatives, regardless of what time it is. I asked a question and they came back to me in 20 minutes. Of course, it doesn’t always happen so quickly and they don’t have a guarantee to reply you within 20 minutes. But for me, this shows a good support.

If you get a yearly plan, they will give you two 1-on-1 classes that last an hour. During those lessons, they’ll take you hand by hand and reveal how you can begin using Kajabi.

In terms of the internet resources, Kajabi does not disappoint.

Webinar and event options are provided for the Premium plan clients, but everyone can get the Kajabi blog and the help center.

The blog covers everything from content promotion to improve your writing skills, and the help center has articles and videos for grasping the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online shop, and the managing of accounts.

Kajabi also has a rich collection of videos and articles, so the help center is ideal for those who want to finish their own research.

Pros

The best part about Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It is all there in one system. VERY NICE.

And you know what, Kajabi does a fairly great job at the bulk of these functions, and they are always enhancing and adding more features.

But what nearly always astonishes me is the live customer support. They offer 24/7 live chat, and the longest I’ve ever had to wait (and I have chatted at all times of night and day!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other occasion (and there have been a number!) I’m almost immediately connected to somebody. And these people are awesome. They’ll get you the answer, help  you troubleshoot your issue, and even tinker around with a few options or codings on the page to make it work if you are trying something a little more custom and can’t quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support team is top-notch!

Cons

The price, this program is definitely on the expensive side and greater than their competitors.

Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi Classic

First of all, I answer the question that some people were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi is not a scam. Kajabi Classic

If you do not consider yourself as a”techy” person, and you know, without a doubt, that you don’t want to learn how to do any type of custom coding, Kajabi should be on top of your list for consideration.

I love that it not only focuses on course production but also on sales and marketing.

Because lots of folks end up trying to pick between Rainmaker or Kajabi, in a sentence, I will sum up the recommendation like this: Kajabi is much better at creating a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.

So get out there and begin creating courses!
