7 Reasons Why You Should Use Kajabi Kajabi Limitations

Narrowing this down to a list of 7 was quite hard, but here goes… Kajabi Limitations

1. It’s built to sell.

Kajabi has great tools for creating sales funnels and landing pages, and converting website visitors into clients. You may also handle all of your e-mail marketing within Kajabi – such as automated follow-up sequences – that means, there’s no need for a third party platform (although it does integrate quite easily with Aweber, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign). In general, Kajabi is the best most other online course software in the native advertising and selling capabilities it offers.

Kajabi Limitations

2. It looks fantastic from the beginning.

Kajabi gives several variations on a core site theme that looks modern and professional and additionally, it provides very appealing, functional templates for creating your landing pages and sales pipeline pages. There is also a market for custom, premium themes if you do not desire to go with what Kajabi provides.

When it is about actually creating your website, Kajabi has pre-designed themes which you can install with a single click. The themes dictate the overall appearance and style of your site and help you quickly and easily create a nice website.

Kajabi is actually taking a different approach with their site themes now. They’ve archived 10 of the 11 themes and are now focusing just on the Premier Theme.

They have advanced the Premier Theme into a super flexible framework and they use it to create all the new website themes. These themes are now called Layout Presets and now there are 6 unique Presets accessible in their library, all of which are built on the”Premier Framework”.

All the Layout Presets have a minimal and contemporary design and they do look great. As soon as you install a Preset, you can further modify it using the webpage builder to give your site the look and feel you desire.

You may still use any of the 10 themes that have now been relocated to the Legacy Themes archive if you want. Although, as Kajabi won’t be working to refine them any longer, I will advise that you use just the Premier Theme for your site.

Lastly, Kajabi also extends you the option to import and use custom themes. So, if you are a power user, you may hire a programmer to build a completely custom theme for your site.

3. It’s decent blogging capabilities.

While not yet at par with WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi presents are significantly better than those of most online course platforms. (And, remember, a strong blog is just one of your best assets for bringing visitors to your site and products.)

4. It has strong video streaming capabilities.

Kajabi utilizes Wistia – among the all-around top video hosting programs – fully integrated for uploading and streaming your videos. Because of this you can trust that your videos will deliver as great as possible for whatever screen or bandwidth any individual customer is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.

On top of that, this doesn’t require a different Wistia license – it’s just baked in. Keep in mind the Wistia pricing starts at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most course sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing begins at $149 per month ($119 is paid yearly), this is a pretty big bargain. Kajabi Limitations

5. It will jumpstart your product creation.

Kajabi offers excellent templates for miniature courses, online courses, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can change these by inserting your own content and eliminating anything you don’t like, and you will be off and running in no time. Kajabi Limitations

6. It makes live events really simple to create and promote.

This kind of goes along with product development, but Kajabi is so powerful in this area, it deserves to be mentioned individually.

It is simple to set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – create a pipeline out around it that has your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi provides templates for all of this, so all you’ve got to do is customize the text and put in your Zoom link. (You do need to have your own Zoom account.)

You can use this exact same approach to set up online summits or conferences or even place-based events. (These kinds of events utilize Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I’m assuming later versions of those will be available at a certain point, but they work just fine right now.)

7. It is supported by an extensive network

Kajabi has been around for quite some time. Because of this, there are a number of businesses out there that have designed custom themes for it (as mentioned previously) and that provide a range of services to support it. Additionally, there are plenty of articles and blog posts out there addressing just about anything you need to do with Kajabi. If you can’t find what you would like through the business’ own training and support – which are quite good – you will most likely be able to find it out on the net.

So, there’s really quite a lot to like about Kajabi.

Generally speaking, Kajabi will provide you a lot more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you are able to offer your classes but also manage the whole Web presence for your business. In other words, you don’t need to set up a separate site on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can become your home base.

Pricing Kajabi Limitations

In past years, I have seen online course platforms that offer free plans, and some inexpensive ones around $20. However, it feels like you usually receive the best features about the $50 to $100 pricing.

When you look at Kajabi, it is certainly going to look like the pricing is a little off the charts. The cheapest of these plans is $103 a month, and that’s when you pay yearly. It is not exactly what online course startups want to hear, but it is obvious who Kajabi caters to.

The most affordable plan, as previously mentioned, sells for $103 a month. With that, you receive support for 5 products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Hence, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for in-depth courses.

The business is attempting to get you to make quality products, then market the heck out of them with the intense advertising tools.

Let us take a look at the complete range of pricing: Kajabi Limitations

Basic $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.

Pro $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also acquire an affiliate program and also the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.

Premium $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails each month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also receive an affiliate program and the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.

An Enterprise plan is also sold, but you have to contact the Kajabi company in order to receive more info on that. I’d assume Kajabi is glad to support any enterprise size, so you can customize your plan.

It’s also worth stating that all Kajabi plans come with 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars

Free Trial

Kajabi does not offer a totally free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you may try the software. Usually, Kajabi extends a 14-day free trial but you can receive a 28-day free trial as part of their Kajabi Hero Challenge.

Kajabi-Hero-Challenge

This challenge is an established strategy for placing yourself on the perfect path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.

When you accept this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi is going to walk you through everything you need to do to build your first digital product and make your first sale. .All within 28 days!

Customer Support

The live chat and email support are provided 24/7. So, when you stumble upon a situation with your course website, you can contact one of the live chat representatives, no matter what time it is. I asked a question and they got back to me in 20 minutes. Needless to say, it doesn’t always happen so quickly and they don’t have a guarantee to answer you within 20 minutes. But for me, this reveals a good support.

If you buy a yearly plan, they will provide you two 1-on-1 lessons that last an hour. During those lessons, they will take you hand by hand and exhibit how you can begin using Kajabi.

As for the online resources, Kajabi does not disappoint.

Event and webinar options are provided for the Premium plan customers, but everybody can get the Kajabi blog and the help center.

The blog covers everything from content promotion to improve your writing skills, and the help center has videos and articles for comprehending the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online store, and the handling of accounts.

Kajabi also includes a rich collection of videos and articles, so the help center is perfect for individuals who like to finish their own research.

Pros

The best part about Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It is all there in one system. EXCELLENT.

And you know what, Kajabi does quite a great job at the bulk of those functions, and they’re constantly developing and adding more features.

But what almost always astonishes me is the live customer care. They offer 24/7 live chat, and the longest I have ever had to wait (and I’ve chatted at all times of night and day!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other occasion (and there have been many!) I’m almost instantly connected to someone. And these people are awesome. They will get you the answer, assist  you troubleshoot your issue, and also tinker around with a few codings or options on the page to make it work if you are trying something a little more custom and can not quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support team is top-notch!

Cons

The price, this software is definitely on the pricey side and higher than their competitors.

Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi Limitations

First of all, I answer the question that some people were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi is not a scam. Kajabi Limitations

If you do not classify yourself as a”techy” person, and you know, without a doubt, that you do not need to learn how to do any kind of custom coding, Kajabi should be on top of your list for consideration.

I like that it not only focuses on course creation but also on sales and marketing.

Because many folks end up trying to pick between Kajabi or Rainmaker, in a sentence, I will sum up the recommendation like this: Kajabi is much better at creating a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.

So get out there and start creating courses!
