Seven Reasons Why Kajabi Kajabi Platform

Narrowing this down to a list of seven was fairly hard, but here it goes… Kajabi Platform

1. It’s built to sell.

Kajabi has great tools for creating landing pages and sales funnels, and turning website visitors into customers. You may also manage all of your email marketing within Kajabi – including automated follow-up sequences – so, theres no need for a third party platform (though it does integrate quite easily with Aweber, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign). Overall, Kajabi is head and shoulders above most other online course programs in the native marketing and selling capabilities it gives.

2. It looks great from the beginning.

Kajabi offers several variations on a core website theme that looks modern and professional and it also offers very easy on the eyes, functional templates for making your landing pages and sales pipeline pages. There is also a market for custom, premium themes if you do not desire to go with what Kajabi offers.

When it is about actually building your website, Kajabi has pre-designed themes that you can install with a single click. The themes dictate the overall look and style of your website and help you easily and quickly create a well made site.

Kajabi is really taking a different approach with their site themes now. They’ve archived 10 of the 11 themes and are now focusing just on the Premier Theme.

They have advanced the Premier Theme into a super flexible framework and they use it to create all of the new site themes. These themes are now called Layout Presets and now there are 6 different Presets accessible in their library, all of which can be built on the”Premier Framework”.

All of the Layout Presets have a minimal and modern design and they do look great. As soon as you install a Preset, you can further modify it with the page builder to provide your website the feel and look you want.

You may still use any of the 10 themes that have recently been moved to the Legacy Themes archive if you would like. However, as Kajabi won’t be working to update them anymore, I will advise that you use only the Premier Theme for your website.

Lastly, Kajabi also gives you the option to import and use custom themes. So, if you’re a power user, you may hire a developer to design a completely custom theme for your website.

3. It’s competent blogging capabilities.

While not yet at par with WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi provides are significantly better than those of most online course platforms. (And, remember, a solid blog is one of your best assets for bringing traffic to your website and products.)

4. It’s powerful video streaming capabilities.

Kajabi utilizes Wistia – one of the all-around top video hosting programs – completely integrated for uploading and streaming your videos. Because of this you can have faith that your videos will deliver as good as possible for whatever screen or bandwidth any individual customer is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.

On top of that, this doesn’t require a separate Wistia license – it is just baked in. Bear in mind the Wistia pricing starts at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most course sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid annually), this is a pretty big bargain. Kajabi Platform

5. It will jumpstart your product creation.

Kajabi provides great templates for mini courses, online classes, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can change these by inserting your own content and eliminating anything you don’t like, and you’ll be off and running in no time. Kajabi Platform

6. It makes live events really easy to create and promote.

This in a way goes hand-in-hand with product development, but Kajabi is so strong in this area, it deserves to be mentioned individually.

You can easily set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – create out a pipeline around it that contains your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi provides templates for all of this, so all you’ve got to do is customize the text and drop in your Zoom link. (You do have to have your own Zoom account.)

You can use this same approach to prepare online summits or conferences or perhaps place-based events. (These types of events utilize Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I am assuming newer versions of those will be available at a certain point, but they work just fine at this time.)

7. It is supported by an extensive network

Kajabi has been around for quite some time. Because of this, there are tons of businesses out there that have designed custom themes for it (as mentioned previously) and that provide a range of services to support it. Additionally, there are tons of blog posts and articles out there covering just about anything you want to do with Kajabi. If you can not find what you want through the company’s own training and support – which are quite good – you will almost certainly be able to find it out on the internet.

So, there is really quite a lot to love about Kajabi.

Generally speaking, Kajabi will give you a lot more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you are able to offer your courses but also manage the whole Web presence for your business. In other words, you don’t need to establish a separate website on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can be your home base.

Pricing Kajabi Platform

In past years, I’ve seen online course platforms that offer free programs, and some cheap ones around $20. However, it seems like you usually receive the best features about the $50 to $100 pricing.

When you look at Kajabi, it is certainly going to seem like the pricing is a little off the charts. The most affordable of these plans is $103 per month, and that’s when you pay yearly. It’s not exactly what online course startups want to hear, but it’s obvious who Kajabi caters to.

The most affordable plan, as previously mentioned, sells for $103 a month. With that, you get support for 5 products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Hence, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for comprehensive courses.

The business is trying to get you to make quality products, then market the hell out of them with the extreme advertising tools.

Let us have a look at the full range of pricing: Kajabi Platform

Basic $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.

Pro $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and also the option to remove the Kajabi branding.

Premium $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails per month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and also the option to remove the Kajabi branding.

An Enterprise plan is also offered, but you have to contact the Kajabi company so as to get more info on that. I’d assume Kajabi is glad to support any enterprise size, so that you can customize your plan.

It’s also worth stating that all Kajabi plans come with 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars

Free Trial

Kajabi doesn’t offer a free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you can try the software. Generally, Kajabi offers a 14-day free trial but you can receive a 28-day free trial as part of their Kajabi Hero Challenge.

Kajabi-Hero-Challenge

This challenge is a proven strategy for putting yourself on the right path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.

When you take this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi is going to help you through all you will need to do to create your first digital product and get your first sale. .All within 28 days!

Customer Support

Email and live chat support are provided 24/7. So, when you run into a situation with your course website, you can contact one of the live chat representatives, no matter what time it is. I asked a question and they came back to me in 20 mins. Of course, it doesn’t always happen so fast and they don’t have a guarantee to answer you within 20 mins. But for me, this reveals a good support.

If you get a yearly plan, they will provide you two 1-on-1 lessons that last an hour. During those lessons, they’ll take you hand by hand and exhibit how you can begin using Kajabi.

In terms of the internet resources, Kajabi does not disappoint.

Webinar and event choices are provided for the Premium plan customers, but everybody can access the Kajabi blog and the help center.

The blog covers everything from content marketing to improve your writing skills, and the help center has videos and articles for grasping the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online store, and the handling of accounts.

Kajabi also includes a rich collection of videos and articles, so the help center is excellent for individuals who want to complete their own research.

Pros

The best part of Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It is all there in one system. PERFECT.

And you know what, Kajabi does a reasonably good job at the bulk of those functions, and they are always enhancing and adding more features.

But what almost always amazes me is the live customer support. They offer 24/7 live chat, and the longest I have ever had to wait (and I have chatted at all times of day and night!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other occasion (and there have been many!) I’m almost directly connected to someone. And these people are awesome. They will get you the answer, help  you troubleshoot your issue, and even tinker around with some options or codings on the page to make it work if you’re trying something a little more custom and can not quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support team is the best!

Cons

The price, this software is definitely on the pricey side and higher than their competitors.

Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi Platform

First of all, I answer the question that some people were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi isn’t a scam. Kajabi Platform

If you don’t classify yourself as a”techy” person, and you know, without a doubt, that you do not want to learn how to do any type of custom coding, Kajabi should be at the top of your list for consideration.

I like that it not only focuses on course production but also on sales and marketing.

Because many people end up trying to decide between Kajabi or Rainmaker, in a sentence, I’ll sum up the recommendation like this: Kajabi is much better at developing a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.

So get out there and begin creating courses!
