With Kajabi, users can make digital products such as membership sites, online courses and training portals effectively and efficiently. In order to design aesthetic and engaging product content, users can create customizable themes, add file downloads, stream videos and upload images and sound. Users can also have all of their products together into one website using one login, a custom URL and an integrated blog to help acquire subscribers.
Other than digital content creation, Kajabi facilitates sales, marketing and client engagement. Since Kajabi affiliates with Stripe, users may secure straightforward electronic payments. To simplify advertising strategies, Kajabi enables users to build custom forms and landing pages very easily. Users may also send email broadcasts and then track their performance with Kajabi’s email analytics. Kajabi embraces lots of built-in integrations with programs like MailChimp, Google Analytics and Infusionsoft allowing users to manage their online products and share their digital content smoothly.
Seven Reasons Why Kajabi Kajabi Summit
Reducing this down to a list of 7 was quite hard, but here it goes… Kajabi Summit
1. It’s created to sell.
Kajabi has excellent tools for creating landing pages and sales funnels, and turning site visitors into customers. You can also handle all of your e-mail marketing within Kajabi – such as automated follow-up sequences – that means, theres no need for a third party platform (although it does integrate quite easily with Mailchimp, Aweber and Active Campaign). In general, Kajabi is head and shoulders above most other online course programs in the native marketing and selling capabilities it provides.
2. It looks fantastic from the start.
Kajabi gives several choices on a core website theme that looks modern and professional and it also gives very attractive, functional templates for making your landing pages and sales pipeline pages. There’s also a market for custom, premium themes if you don’t like to go with what Kajabi offers.
When it comes to actually creating your website, Kajabi has pre-designed themes that you can install with a single click. The themes set the overall look and style of your website and help you easily and quickly design a nice website.
Kajabi is actually taking a different approach with their website themes now. They’ve archived 10 of the 11 themes and are currently focusing just on the Premier Theme.
They have developed the Premier Theme to a super flexible framework and they use it to create all the new website themes. These themes are now called Layout Presets and currently there are 6 different Presets accessible in their library, all of which can be used on the”Premier Framework”.
All of the Layout Presets have a minimal and contemporary design and they do look good. As soon as you set up a Preset, you can further modify it using the webpage builder to give your site the feel and look you want.
You can still use any of the 10 themes that have recently been moved to the Legacy Themes archive if you want. However, as Kajabi won’t be working to update them anymore, I will recommend that you use just the Premier Theme for your website.
Finally, Kajabi also provides you the option to import and utilize custom themes. Therefore, if you’re a power user, you may hire a developer to design a completely custom theme for your site.
3. It has decent blogging capabilities.
While not at the level of WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi provides are notably better than those of most online course platforms. (And, remember, a strong blog is just one of your best assets for bringing visitors to your site and products.)
4. It has powerful video streaming capabilities.
Kajabi has Wistia – among the all-around best video hosting programs – completely integrated for streaming and uploading your videos. Because of this you can trust that your videos will work as great as possible for whatever bandwidth or screen any individual client is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.
On top of that, this does not require a different Wistia license – it is just baked in. Keep in mind that Wistia pricing begins at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most course sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid annually), this is a fairly big bargain. 5. It will jumpstart your product creation.
Kajabi provides very good templates for mini courses, online courses, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can change these by inserting your own content and removing anything you don’t need, and you’ll be off and running in no time. Kajabi Summit
6. It makes live events really easy to create and promote.
This kinda goes hand in hand with product creation, but Kajabi is so powerful in this area, it deserves to be mentioned separately.
You can easily set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – build a pipeline out around it which contains your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi supplies templates for all of this, so all you’ve got to do is alter the text and drop in your Zoom link. (You do have to have your own Zoom account.)
You can use this same approach to set up virtual summits or conferences or even place-based events. (These types of events use Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I am assuming later versions of these will come out at some point, but they work just fine right now.)
7. It’s supported by an extensive network
Kajabi has been around for quite a while. Because of this, there are a number of businesses out there that have created custom themes for it (as mentioned above) and that provide a range of services to support it. Additionally, there are plenty of articles and blog posts out there covering just about anything you need to do with Kajabi. If you can not find what you would like through the business’ own support and training – that are quite good – you will most likely be able to find it out on the web.
So, there’s really quite a lot to love about Kajabi.
In general, Kajabi will provide you a lot more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you can offer your courses but also manage the whole Web presence for your small business. In other words, you don’t need to establish a separate website on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can become your home base.
Pricing Kajabi Summit
In the past, I have seen online course platforms that offer free programs, and some low-priced ones about $20. However, it seems like you usually get the best features around the $50 to $100 pricing.
When you take a look at Kajabi, it is surely going to seem like the pricing is a little off the charts. The most affordable of these plans is $103 per month, and that is when you pay yearly. It is not exactly what online course startups want to hear, but it is obvious who Kajabi caters to.
The cheapest plan, as previously mentioned, sells for $103 per month. With that, you receive support for 5 products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Accordinly, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for comprehensive courses.
The business is attempting to get you to make quality products, then promote the hell out of them with the intense marketing tools.
Let’s take a look at the full range of pricing: Kajabi Summit
Basic – $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.
Pro – $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also secure an affiliate program and the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.
Premium – $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails per month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.
An Enterprise plan is also offered, but you have to contact the Kajabi company so as to acquire more info on that. I would presume Kajabi is willing to support any enterprise size, so that you can customize your plan.
It’s also worth mentioning that all Kajabi plans include 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars
Kajabi does not offer a free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you can try the software. Usually, Kajabi extends a 14-day free trial but you can get a 28-day free trial as part of their Kajabi Hero Challenge.
This challenge is an established strategy for placing yourself on the perfect path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.
When you take this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi will help you through everything you will need to do to build your first digital product and make your first sale. .All within 28 days!
Email and live chat support are provided 24/7. So, when you stumble upon a situation with your course site, you can contact one of the live chat representatives, no matter what time it is. I asked a question and they got back to me in 20 mins. Needless to say, it does not always happen so fast and they don’t have a guarantee to reply you within 20 minutes. However, for me, this shows a fantastic support.
If you purchase a yearly plan, they will give you two 1-on-1 classes that last an hour. During those lessons, they’ll take you hand by hand and reveal how you can start using Kajabi.
As for the online resources, Kajabi does not disappoint.
Webinar and event choices are provided for the Premium plan customers, but everyone can access the Kajabi blog and the help center.
The blog covers everything from content marketing to improve your writing skills, and the help center has videos and articles for comprehending the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online store, and the handling of accounts.
Kajabi also includes a rich collection of videos and articles, so the help center is ideal for people who prefer to finish their own research.
The best part about Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It’s all there in one system. EXCELLENT.
And you know what, Kajabi does a fairly great job at the majority of those functions, and they are constantly progressing and adding more features.
But what almost always astonishes me is the live customer support. They provide 24/7 live chat, and the longest I have ever had to wait (and I have chatted at all times of night and day!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other time (and there have been many!) I’m almost instantly connected to somebody. And these people are awesome. They’ll get you the answer, assist you troubleshoot your issue, and also tinker around with some options or codings on the webpage to make it work if you’re trying something a little more different and can not quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support team is the best!
The price, this program is definitely on the pricey side and greater than their competitors.
Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi Summit
To begin with, I answer the question that some folks were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi is not a scam. Kajabi Summit
If you don’t classify yourself as a”techy” person, and you know, without a doubt, that you don’t wish to learn how to do any type of custom coding, Kajabi should be on top of your list for consideration.
I love that it not only focuses on course production but also on marketing and sales.
Because many people end up trying to choose between Rainmaker or Kajabi, in a sentence, I will sum the recommendation up like this: Kajabi is much better at creating a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.
