7 Reasons Why Kajabi Kajabi System
Narrowing this down to a list of seven was pretty difficult, but here it goes… Kajabi System
1. It is created to sell.
Kajabi has excellent tools for creating landing pages and sales funnels, and converting site visitors into customers. You may also organize all of your email marketing within Kajabi – including automated follow-up sequences – therefore, theres no need for a third party platform (although it does integrate easily with Aweber, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign). In general, Kajabi is the best most other online course programs in the native marketing and selling capabilities it provides.
2. It looks great from the beginning.
Kajabi gives a number of variations on a core site theme that looks professional and modern and it also provides very attractive, functional templates for creating your sales pipeline pages and landing pages. There is also a market for custom, premium themes if you don’t desire to go with what Kajabi provides.
When it is about really building your website, Kajabi has pre-designed themes which you can install with a single click. The themes dictate the overall appearance and style of your website and help you easily and quickly create a good looking website.
Kajabi is really taking a different approach with their website themes now. They’ve archived 10 out of the 11 themes and are now focusing only on the Premier Theme.
They have advanced the Premier Theme into a super flexible framework and they use it to build all of the new site themes. These themes are now known as Layout Presets and currently there are 6 unique Presets ready for use in their library, all of which are built on the”Premier Framework”.
All of the Layout Presets have a minimal and contemporary design and they do look exceptional. Once you install a Preset, you can further customize it using the page builder to provide your site the look and feel you desire.
You can still use any of the 10 themes that have now been moved to the Legacy Themes archive if you would like. Although, as Kajabi will not be working to develop them anymore, I will advise that you use just the Premier Theme for your website.
Finally, Kajabi also gives you the option to import and utilize custom themes. Therefore, if you’re a power user, you can hire a programmer to design a completely custom theme for your website.
3. It’s competent blogging capabilities.
While not yet at par with WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi presents are notably better than those of most online course platforms. (And, remember, a strong blog is one of your greatest assets for attracting traffic to your website and products.)
4. It has strong video streaming capabilities.
Kajabi has Wistia – one of the all-around best video hosting programs – completely integrated for uploading and streaming your videos. Because of this you can be assured that your videos will work as well as possible for whatever screen or bandwidth any individual student is using — and that they will be as safe as possible.
Best of all, this does not need a separate Wistia license – it is just baked in. Keep in mind the Wistia pricing starts at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most course sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid annually), this is a fairly major bargain. 5. It will jumpstart your product creation.
Kajabi provides impressive templates for mini courses, online classes, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can modify these by inputting your own content and eliminating anything you do not want, and you will be off and running in no time. Kajabi System
6. It makes live events really easy to create and promote.
This in a way goes along with product creation, but Kajabi is so strong in this area, it deserves to be mentioned individually.
You can easily set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – build a pipeline out around it that has your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi offers templates for all of this, so all you’ve got to do is change the text and put in your Zoom link. (You do have to have your own Zoom accounts.)
You can use this same approach to prepare virtual conferences or summits or perhaps place-based events. (These kinds of events use Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I’m assuming later versions of these will be available at a certain point, but they work just fine at this time.)
7. It’s supported by an extensive network
Kajabi has been around for quite some time. As a result, there are a number of businesses out there that have designed custom themes for it (as mentioned previously) and that offer a range of services to support it. Additionally, there are lots of articles and blog posts out there covering just about anything you want to do with Kajabi. If you can’t find what you want through the company’s own support and training – that are quite good – you will almost certainly be able to find it out on the internet.
So, there is really quite a lot to like about Kajabi.
In general, Kajabi will offer you much more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you are able to provide your courses but also manage the entire Web presence for your small business. To put it differently, you don’t need to set up a separate website on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can become your home base.
Pricing Kajabi System
In the past, I have seen online course platforms that offer free programs, and some inexpensive ones about $20. However, it seems like you usually get the best features around the $50 to $100 pricing.
When you look at Kajabi, it’s definitely going to look like the pricing is a little off the charts. The most affordable of the plans is $103 a month, and that is when you pay annually. It’s not exactly what online course startups need to hear, but it is clear who Kajabi caters to.
The cheapest plan, as previously mentioned, sells for $103 per month. With that, you receive support for five products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Hence, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for in-depth courses.
The company is trying to get you to make quality products, then market the heck out of them with the intense advertising tools.
Let’s have a look at the full range of pricing: Kajabi System
Basic – $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.
Pro – $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.
Premium – $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails per month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also secure an affiliate program and also the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.
An Enterprise plan is also offered, but you need to contact the Kajabi company in order to get more info on that. I would assume Kajabi is inclined to support any enterprise size, so you can customize your plan.
It is also worth stating that all Kajabi plans come with 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars
Kajabi does not offer a free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you can try out the software. Generally, Kajabi offers a 14-day free trial but you can receive a 28-day free trial as part of their Kajabi Hero Challenge.
This challenge is a proven strategy for putting yourself on the perfect path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.
When you take this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi will assist you through everything you will need to do to build your first digital product and make your first sale. .All within 28 days!
The live chat and email support are provided 24/7. So, when you encounter a situation with your course website, you can contact one of the live chat reps, no matter what time it is. I asked a question and they got back to me in 20 mins. Needless to say, it does not always happen so fast and they do not have a guarantee to reply you within 20 mins. But for me, this shows a good support.
If you buy a yearly plan, they will give you two 1-on-1 classes that last an hour. During those lessons, they will take you hand by hand and exhibit how you can begin using Kajabi.
As for the online resources, Kajabi does not disappoint.
Webinar and event choices are provided for the Premium plan customers, but everyone is able to get the Kajabi blog and the help center.
The blog covers everything from content promotion to improve your writing skills, and the help center has articles and videos for grasping the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online store, and the handling of accounts.
Kajabi also has a rich collection of articles and videos, so the help center is perfect for those who like to complete their own research.
The best part about Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It’s all there in 1 system. PERFECT.
And you know what, Kajabi does a reasonably great job at all of those functions, and they’re constantly progressing and adding more features.
But what nearly always surprises me is the live customer support. They provide 24/7 live chat, and the longest I’ve ever had to wait (and I’ve chatted at all times of day and night!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other occasion (and there have been many!) I am almost directly connected to someone. And these people are awesome. They will get you the answer, help you troubleshoot your issue, and also tinker around with a few codings or options on the page to make it work if you are trying something a bit more custom and can’t quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support team is the best!
The price, this program is definitely on the pricey side and greater than their competitors.
Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi System
To begin with, I answer the question that some folks were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi isn’t a scam. Kajabi System
If you do not classify yourself as a”techy” individual, and you know, without a doubt, that you do not need to learn how to do any type of custom coding, Kajabi should be at the top of your list for consideration.
I love that it not only focuses on course creation but also on marketing and sales.
Because many people end up trying to decide between Kajabi or Rainmaker, in a sentence, I’ll sum the recommendation up like this: Kajabi is far better at creating a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.
