Seven Reasons Why Kajabi Kajabi Vs Thinkific

Narrowing this down to a list of seven was very hard, but here goes… Kajabi Vs Thinkific

1. It’s built to sell.

Kajabi has great tools for creating sales funnels and landing pages, and turning site visitors into clients. You may also organize all of your email marketing within Kajabi – such as automated follow-up sequences – therefore, there’s no need for a third party platform (although it does integrate quite easily with Mailchimp, Aweber and Active Campaign). Overall, Kajabi is head and shoulders above most other online course programs in the native marketing and selling capabilities it provides.

2. It looks fantastic from the start.

Kajabi provides a number of choices on a core website theme that looks modern and professional and additionally, it provides very attractive, functional templates for making your landing pages and sales pipeline pages. There’s also a market for custom, premium themes if you don’t like to go with what Kajabi gives.

When it comes to actually designing your site, Kajabi has pre-designed themes that you can install with one click. The themes determine the overall look and style of your site and help you quickly and easily design a nice website.

Kajabi is actually taking a different approach with their website themes now. They’ve archived 10 out of the 11 themes and are currently focusing only on the Premier Theme.

They’ve advanced the Premier Theme to a super flexible framework and they use it to create all of the new website themes. These themes are now called Layout Presets and currently there are 6 different Presets ready for use in their library, all of which can be used on the”Premier Framework”.

All the Layout Presets have a clean and contemporary design and they do look great. Once you install a Preset, you can further customize it with the page builder to provide your site the look and feel you desire.

You can still use any of the 10 themes that have now been transferred to the Legacy Themes archive if you would like. However, as Kajabi won’t be working to update them anymore, I will recommend that you use only the Premier Theme for your site.

Lastly, Kajabi also extends you the freedom to import and use custom themes. Therefore, if you are a power user, you may hire a programmer to build a completely custom theme for your website.

3. It has competent blogging capabilities.

While not yet at par with WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi supplies are really better than those of a great number of online course platforms. (And, remember, a solid blog is one of the best assets for bringing traffic to your site and products.)

4. It has strong video streaming capabilities.

Kajabi utilizes Wistia – one of the all-around top video hosting platforms – fully integrated for uploading and streaming your videos. As a result of this you can have faith that your videos will deliver as good as possible for whatever screen or bandwidth any individual learner is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.

Best of all, this doesn’t need a different Wistia license – it is just included in. Bear in mind the Wistia pricing begins at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most class sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid yearly), this is a fairly big bargain. Kajabi Vs Thinkific

5. It will jumpstart your product creation.

Kajabi provides great templates for miniature courses, online courses, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can customize these by inputting your own content and removing anything you do not want, and you will be off and running in no time. Kajabi Vs Thinkific

6. It makes live events really simple to create and promote.

This kinda goes hand in hand with product development, but Kajabi is so powerful in this region, it deserves to be mentioned individually.

You can easily set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – build a pipeline out around it which has your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi offers templates for all of this, so all you have to do is customize the text and drop in your Zoom link. (You do have to have your own Zoom account.)

You can use this same approach to set up virtual conferences or summits or even place-based occasions. (These types of events utilize Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I’m assuming newer versions of these will come out at some point, but they work just fine right now.)

7. It is supported by an extensive network

Kajabi has on the market for quite a while. Due to this, there are a number of businesses out there that have designed custom themes for it (as mentioned above) and that provide a selection of services to support it. There are also lots of articles and blog posts out there covering just about anything you need to do with Kajabi. If you can’t find what you would like through the business’ own support and training – that are quite good – you will most likely be able to find it out on the net.

So, there’s really quite a lot to love about Kajabi.

Generally speaking, Kajabi will offer you much more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you can provide your classes but also manage the entire Web presence for your business. In other words, you do not need to establish a separate website on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can become your home base.

Pricing Kajabi Vs Thinkific

In the past, I have seen online course platforms offering free programs, and some cheap ones about $20. However, it feels like you usually get the best features about the $50 to $100 pricing.

When you look at Kajabi, it’s undeniably going to seem like the pricing is a little off the charts. The most affordable of the plans is $103 per month, and that is when you pay yearly. It’s not exactly what online course startups want to hear, but it’s crystal clear who Kajabi caters to.

The least expensive plan, as mentioned, sells for $103 a month. With that, you receive support for 5 products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Accordinly, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for in-depth courses.

The business is trying to get you to make quality products, then market the hell out of them with the extreme marketing tools.

Let’s take a look at the complete range of pricing: Kajabi Vs Thinkific

Basic $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.

Pro $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also receive an affiliate program and also the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.

Premium $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails each month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also receive an affiliate program and the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.

An Enterprise plan is also sold, but you have to contact the Kajabi company in order to get more info on that. I’d assume Kajabi is glad to support any business size, so that you can customize your plan.

It is also worth stating that all Kajabi plans come with 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars

Free Trial

Kajabi doesn’t offer a totally free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you may try out the software. Generally, Kajabi extends a 14-day free trial but you can get a 28-day free trial as part of the Kajabi Hero Challenge.

Kajabi-Hero-Challenge

This challenge is an established strategy for placing yourself on the right path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.

When you accept this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi is going to walk you through all you will need to do to create your first digital product and get your first sale. .All within 28 days!

Customer Support

Email and live chat support are provided 24/7. So, when you run into a situation with your course website, you can contact one of the live chat reps, regardless of what time it is. I asked a question and they came back to me in 20 minutes. Needless to say, it doesn’t always happen so fast and they don’t have a guarantee to reply you within 20 minutes. However, for me, this reveals a fantastic support.

If you buy a yearly plan, they will provide you two 1-on-1 classes that last an hour. During those lessons, they’ll take you hand by hand and reveal how you can start using Kajabi.

In terms of the internet resources, Kajabi does not disappoint.

Event and webinar options are provided for the Premium plan clients, but everyone can get the Kajabi blog and the help center.

The blog covers everything from content promotion to improve your writing skills, and the help center has articles and videos for grasping the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online shop, and the handling of accounts.

Kajabi also has a rich collection of articles and videos, so the help center is perfect for those who like to complete their own research.

Pros

The best part about Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It is all there in 1 system. PERFECT.

And you know what, Kajabi does a fairly good job at the majority of these functions, and they’re constantly progressing and adding more features.

But what nearly always astonishes me is the live customer care. They provide 24/7 live chat, and the longest I’ve ever had to wait (and I’ve chatted at all times of night and day!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other occasion (and there have been a number!) I’m almost directly connected to someone. And these people are wonderful. They’ll get you the answer, help  you troubleshoot your issue, and also tinker around with a few codings or options on the webpage to make it work if you are trying something a bit more different and can’t quite get it to work right. Seriously. The support team is the best!

Cons

The price, this software is definitely on the pricey side and greater than their competitors.

Is Kajabi Worth It? Kajabi Vs Thinkific

First of all, I answer the question that some people were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi is not a scam. Kajabi Vs Thinkific

If you don’t classify yourself as a”techy” person, and you know, without a doubt, that you don’t want to learn how to do any kind of custom coding, Kajabi should be at the top of your list for consideration.

I love that it not only focuses on course creation but also on sales and marketing.

Because lots of folks end up trying to pick between Kajabi or Rainmaker, in a sentence, I’ll sum the recommendation up like this: Kajabi is far better at creating a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.

So get out there and start creating courses!
