Kajabi is a content marketing system that provides individuals and SMBs (small and medium sized businesses) a complete and centralized program from which to sell, market and deliver product content. Providing customizable themes, a landing page builder and video hosting as well as integrated payments and an interactive in-course message board, Kajabi aims to provide users with a complete yet easy-to-use content marketing solution. Using Kajabi
With Kajabi, users can generate digital products such as membership sites, online courses and training portals effectively and efficiently. So as to build aesthetic and engaging product content, users can create customizable themes, stream videos, add file downloads and upload pictures and sound. Users may also bring all of their products together into one site using one login, a personalized URL and an integrated blog to help acquire subscribers.
Further to digital content creation, Kajabi facilitates sales, marketing and client engagement. Since Kajabi merged with Stripe, users may receive straightforward electronic payments. To simplify advertising strategies, Kajabi enables users to design custom forms and landing pages easily. Users can also send email broadcasts and then track their performance with Kajabi’s email analytics. Kajabi embraces a lot of built-in integrations with programs like MailChimp, Infusionsoft and Google Analytics enabling users to handle their online products and share their digital content smoothly.
7 Reasons Why You Should Use Kajabi Using Kajabi
Reducing this down to a list of 7 was fairly hard, but here goes… Using Kajabi
1. It’s built to sell.
Kajabi has great tools for creating sales funnels and landing pages, and converting website visitors into clients. You may also organize all of your e-mail marketing within Kajabi – such as automated follow-up sequences – therefore, there’s no need for a third party platform (although it does integrate quite easily with Mailchimp, Aweber and Active Campaign). In general, Kajabi is head and shoulders above most other online course software in the native marketing and selling capabilities it provides.
2. It looks phenomenal from the beginning.
Kajabi gives a number of choices on a core site theme that looks professional and modern and it also offers very appealing, functional templates for making your sales pipeline pages and landing pages. There is also a market for custom, premium themes if you do not want to go with what Kajabi provides.
When it comes to actually building your site, Kajabi has pre-designed themes which you can install with one click. The themes determine the overall look and style of your website and help you quickly and easily build a well made site.
Kajabi is really taking a different approach with their site themes now. They have archived 10 of the 11 themes and are now focusing only on the Premier Theme.
They’ve developed the Premier Theme into a super flexible framework and they use it to create all of the new website themes. These themes are now called Layout Presets and currently there are 6 unique Presets ready for use in their library, all of which can be created on the”Premier Framework”.
All of the Layout Presets have a minimal and modern design and they do look exceptional. Once you set up a Preset, you can further modify it using the page builder to provide your website the look and feel you like.
You can still use any of the 10 themes that have now been moved to the Legacy Themes archive if you want. Although, as Kajabi won’t be working to improve them any longer, I will advise that you use only the Premier Theme for your website.
Lastly, Kajabi also provides you the freedom to import and use custom themes. So, if you are a power user, you can hire a developer to build a completely custom theme for your website.
3. It’s sufficient blogging capabilities.
While not at the level of WordPress, the blogging capabilities Kajabi presents are notably better than those of a great number of online course platforms. (And, remember, a solid blog is just one of the greatest assets for bringing visitors to your website and products.)
4. It’s powerful video streaming capabilities.
Kajabi utilizes Wistia – among the all-around top video hosting programs – fully integrated for uploading and streaming your videos. As a result of this you can trust that your videos will work as good as possible for whatever bandwidth or screen any individual client is using — and that they will be as secure as possible.
On top of that, this does not require a separate Wistia license – it is just baked in. Keep in mind the Wistia pricing starts at $99 per month for a Pro license (what most class sellers will need) – so, considering that entry-level Kajabi pricing starts at $149 per month ($119 is paid yearly), this is a fairly big bargain. Using Kajabi
5. It will jumpstart your product creation.
Kajabi offers excellent templates for mini courses, online classes, evergreen trainings, and memberships. You can modify these by inserting your own content and removing anything you do not like, and you’ll be off and running in no time. Using Kajabi
6. It makes live events really easy to create and promote.
This kinda goes along with product development, but Kajabi is so powerful in this region, it deserves to be mentioned separately.
You can easily set up a Zoom Webinar in Kajabi and – even better – build out a pipeline around it that has your registration page, e-mails, a post-event offer page, and a checkout page. Kajabi offers templates for all of this, so all you have to do is change the text and drop in your Zoom link. (You do need to have your own Zoom account.)
You can use this same approach to set up online conferences or summits or perhaps place-based occasions. (These types of events utilize Legacy pipeline templates in Kajabi. I am assuming upgraded versions of those will come out at some point, but they work just fine at this time.)
7. It’s supported by an extensive network
Kajabi has on the market for quite a while. Because of this, there are plenty of companies out there that have created custom themes for it (as mentioned previously) and that offer a range of services to support it. Additionally, there are tons of articles and blog posts out there covering just about anything you need to do with Kajabi. If you can not find what you would like through the business’ own support and training – which are quite good – you will most likely be able to find it out on the web.
So, there’s really quite a lot to like about Kajabi.
Generally speaking, Kajabi will offer you much more power than most course platforms over developing a website where you are able to provide your classes but also manage the whole Web presence for your business. To put it differently, you don’t need to establish a separate site on WordPress or another platform – a Kajabi site can become your home base.
Pricing Using Kajabi
In the past, I have seen online course platforms that offer free programs, and some inexpensive ones about $20. However, it seems like you usually get the best features around the $50 to $100 pricing.
When you take a look at Kajabi, it is undeniably going to seem like the pricing is quite off the charts. The least expensive of the plans is $103 per month, and that’s when you pay yearly. It is not exactly what online course startups want to hear, but it’s crystal clear who Kajabi caters to.
The most affordable plan, as mentioned, sells for $103 per month. With that, you get support for five products (courses) and 1,000 active members. Therefore, Kajabi is more of a high-powered system for in-depth courses.
The business is attempting to get you to make quality products, then promote the hell out of them with the extreme advertising tools.
Let’s take a look at the complete range of pricing: Using Kajabi
Basic – $103 per month gets you support for 5 products, 25,000 marketing emails per month, 1 admin user, 1,000 active members, 1 website, and 25 pipelines.
Pro – $311 per month gets you support for 100 products, 75,000 marketing emails per month, 5 admin users, 10,000 active members, 3 websites, and 100 pipelines. You also get an affiliate program and the choice to remove the Kajabi branding.
Premium – $719 per month gets you support for unlimited products, 150,000 marketing emails per month, 25 admin users, unlimited active members, 10 websites, and unlimited pipelines. You also receive an affiliate program and also the option to remove the Kajabi branding.
An Enterprise plan is also sold, but you have to speak to the Kajabi company in order to receive more information on that. I’d presume Kajabi is inclined to support any business size, so you can customize your plan.
It’s also worth mentioning that all Kajabi plans include 0% transaction fees, 24/7 email and live chat support, drip content, advanced customization tools, training courses, and webinars
Kajabi does not offer a totally free plan but it does offer a free trial on all plans so that you may try the software. Generally, Kajabi extends a 14-day free trial but you can get a 28-day free trial as part of the Kajabi Hero Challenge.
This challenge is an established strategy for putting yourself on the right path to becoming a Kajabi Hero.
When you take this Challenge, over the next 28 days Kajabi will assist you through all you need to do to create your first digital product and get your first sale. .All within 28 days!
Email and live chat support are provided 24/7. So, when you run into a situation with your course site, you can contact one of the live chat representatives, regardless of what time it is. I asked a question and they got back to me in 20 minutes. Of course, it doesn’t always happen so fast and they do not have a guarantee to reply you within 20 mins. However, for me, this shows a good support.
If you purchase a yearly plan, they will give you two 1-on-1 classes that last an hour. During those lessons, they’ll take you hand by hand and exhibit how you can start using Kajabi.
As for the internet resources, Kajabi doesn’t disappoint.
Webinar and event choices are provided for the Premium plan clients, but everybody can access the Kajabi blog and the help center.
The blog covers everything from content promotion to improve your writing skills, and the help center has videos and articles for understanding the Kajabi features for marketing, integrations, your online store, and the handling of accounts.
Kajabi also includes a rich collection of articles and videos, so the help center is excellent for people who want to complete their own research.
The best part about Kajabi is that everything is under one roof. Email, landing pages, sales pages, shopping cart, website, blog, marketing funnels, online courses. It’s all there in 1 system. PERFECT.
And you know what, Kajabi does a pretty great job at the bulk of those functions, and they’re constantly progressing and adding more features.
But what almost always astounds me is the live customer care. They provide 24/7 live chat, and the longest I have ever had to wait (and I have chatted at all times of night and day!) Is three or four minutes, once. Every other time (and there have been many!) I am almost directly connected to someone. And these people are awesome. They’ll get you the answer, assist you troubleshoot your issue, and also tinker around with some codings or options on the page to make it work if you’re trying something a little more custom and can not quite get it to work correctly. Seriously. The support staff is the best!
The price, this program is definitely on the pricey side and higher than their competitors.
Is Kajabi Worth It? Using Kajabi
To begin with, I answer the question that some people were asking online, “Is Kajabi a scam?” No, Kajabi isn’t a scam. Using Kajabi
If you do not classify yourself as a”techy” individual, and you know, without a doubt, that you don’t need to learn how to do any kind of custom coding, Kajabi should be at the top of your list for consideration.
I love that it not only focuses on course creation but also on sales and marketing.
Because lots of folks end up trying to pick between Kajabi or Rainmaker, in a sentence, I’ll sum the recommendation up like this: Kajabi is much better at creating a membership area for online courses than Rainmaker.
